The "CHILL at Winter Park" condo building was completed in 2019 and is the exclusive, luxury mountain modern complex in the base area. With only 17 units at the property, this is a terrific retreat for you and your family to relax and safely social distance.
This property has one of the most sought after ski-in/ski-out locations at the Winter Park Resort! After a short walk up the private heated walkway and stairs from CHILL, you will have direct access to the Corridor Trail ski run to the Winter Park Base Area. If you want to take a break during the day to warm up, have lunch at the condo or even for “Après ski”, just head back down the Corridor Trail from the Mary Jane side of the resort for immediate and exclusive access to the building. It truly does not get easier!
The condo is 0.5 miles to the Winter Park Base, only a 10 minute walk. The location offers a quiet respite from the active hustle and bustle of the base, while still in close proximity to restaurants, bars and other resort amenities.
