This is a multi-phased project that when fully built out will consist of over 200,000 SF of industrial space in 2 buildings, 100,000 SF of mixed-use commercial or light industrial buildings, and 4.6 acres of a mixed use retail development. The entire site will be constructed over several years in a series of phases based on absorption and market demand.
The closing date on the land is subject to the seller completing the annexation of the land into the City of Colorado Springs, which is estimated for April of 2024.
