JOE PARKER - Development Associate - (708) 846-8134 | Joe@creSherpa.com
Joe Parker was born and raised just outside of Halifax in the North of England, where his family owned and operated a full-service real estate firm: developing, leasing and managing properties across multiple asset classes.
Joe attended the University of Denver in 2008 graduating in 2013 with a degree in English Literature and Education. In 2016, with a desire to shift into real estate full time, Joe returned to DU to pursue a Master’s degree in Real Estate and the Built Environment, participating in prestigious real estate competitions like the annual NAIOP challenge along the way.
Prior to joining Sherpa, Joe worked for the modern office space developer, Q Factor. Here, Joe took point on the underwriting of multiple projects in markets across the country with an overall value in excess of $100 million. He also assisted on the leasing of both Denver INDUSTRY locations and provided project management on a number of office build outs.
